Billie Jean Sims, 48, of Clarksdale, MS passed away on Thursday July 27, 2023. Billie was born May 25, 1975.

Visitation will be Friday, August 4, 2023 from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM at Royal Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be Saturday August 5, 2023 at New Covenant MB Church, 12:00 Noon. Burial will follow at McLaurin Memorial Gardens.
