Christine Jackson

Christine Jackson, 67, of Clarksdale, MS passed away Monday January 13, 2020 at Baptist Desoto Memorial Hospital.  Christine was born July 30, 1952 in Mound Bayou, MS to King and Queen Ester Glapser (Herbert).

Visitation will be Friday January 17 from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Royal Funeral Home followed by a family hour from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM.  The Celebration of Life will be Saturday January 18, 2020 at Union Grove M.B. Church, 1:00 PM, with the Rev. Ezra Towner officiating, Rev L.C. Tyler II pastor.  Burial will follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery, Hwy 61S, Lyon, MS.

Christine was preceded in death by her oldest son, Noland Lee Jackson Jr.  

Christine leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Noland Lee Jackson Sr.; two children, Carl Jackson & Keonya Applewhite; four sisters, Mary Harper, Deloris Grice, Gloria Glasper, Shelia Owten; two brothers, Joseph Glasper & Terry Glasper; nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
