David (Man) Wright Jr., was born on June 2, 1959 to David Wright Sr. and Catherine Wright in with he departed this life on December 1, 2015. David confessed hope in Christ at an early age at Macedonia M.B. Church under the leadership of Rev. Jessie Worship. During most of his career, he was a custodian in Chicago, IL contracting to various churches, organizations, and companies providing quality expertise in his field. On his off time, he loved playing and watching basketball, football, volleyball, ping pong, and other sports. Also, he loved spending time with his family and always had a positive perspective on life sharing his kindness and wisdom with others. Visitation will be Friday December 11, 2015 from 11pm-5pm at Royal Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Saturday, December 12, 2015, 12:00 Noon at Union Grove M.B. Church with the Rev. L. C. Tyler II officiating. Burial will follow at McLaurin Gardens Cemetery, Lyon, MS. David was preceded in death by his lovely grandparents; Eola McDonald and Rosie Wright both of Clarksdale, MS; 2 brothers; Willie Earl Wright and Dwight W. Wright both of Clarksdale, MS; 1 sister; Patricia Ann Wright of Clarksdale, MS. He leaves to cherish his many memories his lovely parents; David Wright Sr. and Catherine Wright of Clarksdale, MS; his loving wife; Denise McMurry Wright of Chicago, IL; 1 daughter; Amanda McMurry of Chicago, IL; 3 sons; Jermaine McMurry of Nashville, TN, Deshawn McMurry and Dylan McMurry both of Chicago, IL; 4 sisters; Eola Wright, Cathleen Wright, Sarah Conner, and Charity Wright all of Clarksdale, MS; 2 brothers; Eric T. Wright (Laverne) and Destry D. Wright both of Memphis, TN; 3 Aunts; Ida Mae, Dot, Gean all of Clarksdale, MS; 2 Uncles; Jessie, Lonnie both of Columbia, SC; 4 grandchildren all of Chicago, IL; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends
