Debbie Ann Howard, 51, of Clarksdale, MS passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022.
Debbie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed taking trips, helping her mother, and spending quality time with the people that were close to her. Her granddaughters were very special to heart; she loved keeping them and keeping them busy. She enjoyed spending time at Select Choice Adult Daycare in Tutwiler, MS. When she was able to work, she enjoyed cooking and interacting with the guests. She attended Lyon Community Church in Lyon, MS. She will be missed deeply by her friends, family, and all who knew her.
Visitation will be Friday September 9, 2022 from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM at Royal Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be Saturday September 10, 2022, 1:00 PM, at Bradley Temple COGIC. Burial will follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
Debbie was born on January 26, 1971, in Tunica, MS to Minnie (Howard) Linzy of Clarksdale, MS, and the late Earnest (Byrd) Linzy. She was the oldest of eleven children. She was survived by her daughter Sylvia Yumeka Howard of Olive Branch, MS; 2 grandchildren Chloe Allen and Caydence Howard; 10 siblings, Earnest (Cassandra) Howard of St. Louis, MO; Melissa (Tommy) Stevenson of Memphis, TN; Carla Linzy of Memphis, TN; Zachary (Juanette) Linzy of Memphis, TN; Heather Linzy-Starks of Memphis, TN; Adrian (Latasia) Linzy of Memphis, TN; Valkyrie Linzy of Memphis, TN; St.Torry White of West Helena, AR; Lakisha Peaches of Tunica, MS; Cedrick White of Kansas City, MO; a host of nieces and nephews, an honorary aunt Sophia Howard, and a special goddaughter Wykeitha Jones (Shu-Shu).
