Ericka Nichell Wilson

Ericka Nichelle Wilson, 48, of Memphis, TN passed away Wednesday January 15, 2020 at Baptist Memorial East in Memphis, TN.  Ericka was born October 9, 1971 in Jackson, MS.

Ericka, formerly from Clarksdale, was employed with Shelby County School District as a Science & Technology Teacher.  Ericka also had previous work history at BellSouth for many years.  Ericka attended Mississippi Valley State University in the early 1990's and was a former Satin Doll for MVSU Mean Green Marching Machine.

Visitation will be Friday January 24, 2020 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Royal Funeral Home.  The Celebration of Life will be Saturday January 25, 2020, 12:00 PM at Chapel Hill M.B. Church, 1057 Page Ave., Clarksdale, MS 38614.  Burial will follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery, Hwy 61S, Lyon, MS.

Ericka leaves to cherish her memories five children, Quirinius Wilson, Nia Royster, Mariah Royster, Ali Royster, Jelani Royster; one grandchild, A'zuri McKinney; one grandpup, Scrappy Wilson; daughter-in-law, Ashley Linzy-Wilson and mother, Doris Jean Lester.
