Euria Jean Jones

Euria Jean (Johnson ) Jones 75, left this earthly world to be with her Heavenly Father on November 12, 2021, while surrounded by her loving family.

Euria, known as Ma or GG Ma to all who loved and cherished her, was born February 18, 1946 in Clarksdale Mississippi. However, she called Connecticut home for over 40 years, before retiring and moving back to Clarksdale with her loving husband.

Euria built a career as a Real Estate Agent, but was known for her “it takes a village” philosophy where she would welcome and care for many people throughout her life.

VIsitation will be at 10:00 AM Monday November 29, 2021 at Royal Funeral Home.  The Moment of Remembrance will follow.  Burial will be at West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, Memphis, TN.  

Euria  leaves behind her husband, Miciaus G. Jones, her sisters; Catherine Freeman of Connecticut, Savannah Coleman of Memphis, her brothers; Arthono Strong of St Louis and John Smith of Arkansas, her daughters; Shelia Bruce of Mississippi, Danette Lawrence of Connecticut, Sandra Bunnanman of Connecticut, and Stephanie Patrick of Connecticut, her sons; Eddie Gant of Connecticut, Keith Gant of Connecticut and Eli Strong of Connecticut, her grandchildren and great grandchildren, her darling aunt Mrs. Alvila Mack of Memphis, and her closest friends; Shay, Ruby, Peggy and Sara.

She is preceded in death by both of her parents, her brother Larry Smith, Kenneth Singleton, and  her dear sister and friend, Betty Keith.
