Harry T. Driver

Harry T. Driver, 62, of Clarksdale, MS died Wednesday February 7, 2018 at Merit Health.  Harry was born in Dundee, MS to Joe and Hattie Driver (Harris) on March 4, 1955.  

During his working career, Harry was a heavy equipment machine operator for Clarksdale Public Utilities upon his retirement in 2016 after 24 years of service.    Known for his smile and jubilant spirit, Harry was a faithful member of King's Temple M.B. Church and was very instrumental in the upkeep of the church.  

Harry leaves to cherish his memories a wife of 35 years, Hattie Hodges Driver; 3 children; Marcus Hodges, Nikita Driver Thompson (Bryian), Harry Tamon Driver (Lucilla); 2 sisters; Yvonne Driver Smith (Johnny), Bobbie Driver; 3 brothers; James K. Driver, Steve Driver, and E.W. Driver; 8 grandchildren; Desiree Driver, Zaria Benson, Keishunna Thompson, Kamiyah, Kamari, and Kameron Driver, Kyleigh and Kyden Driver; 3 Step-Grandchildren; Katilyn & Kennedy Holmes, Brianna Thompson; 16 sister-in-laws, 8 brother-in-laws, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
