Jerry Lee Brown

Jerry Lee Brown was born on July 9, 1956 to the late James C. Brown and Lettie Brown. Jerry confessed his hope in Christ at an early age.

Jerry was united in holy matrimony on November 3, 1996 to Barbara Brown. Jerry completed his earthly journey on April 5, 2023. Jerry was known as a loving and joking husband, father and grandfather.  Jerry was employed at John McKee Farm as a tractor driver from 1992 until his health failed in 2002. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents James C Brown and Lettie Brown; one son Julius Randolph; two brothers, Charles Brown and Willie Mack Brown and one sister Betty Jean (Samuel) Pleasant.

Visitation will be held Friday April 14, 2023 from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM, at Royal Funeral Home.  The Celebration of Life will be held Saturday April 15, 2023, 2:00 PM, at Friendship MB Church in Friars Point, MS.  Burial will follow at Oakridge Cemetery.  

Jerry leaves to cherish his memories his wife Barbara Brown; four children~ Joyce Love of West Helena, AK, Jerry Johnson of Clarksdale, MS, Jerry and Valerie Randolph of Jackson, MS: Four brothers~ James (Virginia) Brown of Clarksdale, MS; Donnell (Joyce) Brown of Helena, AK, Jimmy(Mae Willis) Brown of Stovall, MS, Roosevelt Brown of Indiana, INN; One sister, Alice Marie (late John) Williams of Clarksdale, MS:  Grandchildren~ Andreakeia Boyd of Clarksdale, MS, Andrew Boyd, Adarrius Boyd of Atlanta, GA, Aquires Boyd of West Helena, AK, 6 Great-grandchildren: One God daughter~ Shericka Thomas of Clarksdale, MS: 2 Special Friends~ Yvonne Chillis known as Tutti Fruitty by Jerry and Sterling Montgomery.
