JoAnn Penner, 78, of 909 Page St., Clarksdale, MS, died Saturday July 11th at Merit Northwest MS Medical Center. She was born April 30, 1937 in Choctaw County, MS. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 15th at Royal Funeral Home from 1pm-5pm. Funeral service will be Thursday, July 16th, 11am, at New Jerusalem MB Church, 835 Florida Ave., Clarksdale, MS. Rev. Jimmie Glasper will be officiating. Burial will proceed at Oakridge Cemetery, Lee Drive, Clarksdale, MS 38614. She leaves to cherish her memories 4 sons; Frank Penner, Jr., Melvin Penner, Joe W.
