Joseph F. Spencer, 77, of Clarksdale, MS passed away Sunday December 28, 2014 at Baptist East Memorial Hospital, Memphis, TN. Visitation will be from 1pm-5pm Friday January 2, 2015 at the funeral home. Funeral service will be Saturday January 3, 2014, 11AM at Real Faith Christian Center with the Rev. Zedrick Clayton officiating. Royal Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
