Julia Moore, 96, of Marietta, GA, originally from Friars Point, MS, passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2015 at Kennestone Hospital Medical Center, Marietta, GA. She was born May 2, 1919 to Benjamin Williams and Fannie Mae Williams. During her life, she was a laborer in the farming industry. Visitation will be Saturday, December 26, 2015 from 1pm - 5pm at Royal Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Sunday, December 27, 2:30 PM at Mt. Avery, Hwy 1, Friars Point with the Rev. Michael Moore officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Avery Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband; Lee Moore; 2 sons; Lindell Moore and Albert Lee Ross; 1 daughter; Hazel Mae Griffin; 1 sister; Hazel Lee Jones. She leaves to cherish her memories 5 children; Arlinda Smith, Easter Moore, Lee Artis Moore, Lee V. Moore, and Calvin Moore; a host of grandchildren.
