Laura Mae Stuckey Hampton

Laura Mae Stuckey Hampton, 75, of Clarksdale, MS passed away Tuesday October 1, 2019 at Northwest MS Regional Medical Center.  Laura was born July 4, 1944 in Rolling Fork, MS to JC and Ruthie Stuckey.

Visitation will be Friday October 11, 2019 from 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM.  The Celebration of Life will be Saturday October 12, 2019, 1:30 PM at Union Grove M.B. Church with the Rev, Josh Stokes officiating and the Rev. L.C. Tyler II, Pastor.  Burial will follow at McLaurin Gardens, Hwy 61N, Lyon, MS.

Laura was preceded in death by her parents, JC & Ruthie Stuckey; 2 children, Henry Grandberry Jr., Ruthie Lee Grandberry.  

Laura leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Larry Hampton; 3 daughters, Laura (Henry) Mitchell, Rebecca (Lawrence) Cavett, Sherry (O'Neal) Clark; 5 sisters, Ruthie (Ennis) Hackett, Ethel (Marvin) Stuckey, Paula (Terry) Davis, Bertha Jackson, Patricia (Robert) Whitfield; 3 brothers, MC (Della) Stuckey, Paul (Shirley) Stuckey, Charles (Emma) Stuckey; 10 grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
