Lettie Wallace Brown

Lettie Wallace Brown, 77, of Clarksdale, MS passed away Friday September 27, 2019 at Desoto Healthcare in Southaven, MS.  LEttie was born October 19, 1941 in Doddsville, MS to Tobie Wallace and Anna Lee Woodard .

Lettie retired as a dietitian for the Clarksdale School System.  Lettie was a resident of Clarksdale, MS for forty three years and was a member of New Life Fellowship Church, Clarksdale, MS under the leadership of the Rev. Limon Brown.

Visitation be be Friday October 4, 2019 at Royal Funeral Home from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM with a family hour to follow from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.  The Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, October 5, 2019, 11:00 AM at Union Grove MB Church, 2237 North State Street, Clarksdale, MS 38614.  The Rev. Limon Brown will be officiating and the Rev. L.C. Tyler II is pastor.  Burial will follow at the Oakridge Cemetery. 

Lettie was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Brown, Jr. 

Lettie leaves to cherish her memories four children, Theresa Nanan (Jimmy), Stephanie James, Alisha Jordan (Carl), Untrice Jones; three sisters, Edna Wallace, Alma Harris (Willie), Bernice WIlliams; ten brothers, Willie Brown, Walter Wallace, Tobie Wallace III, Warren Wallace (Nola), Roosevelt Wallace (Robbie), Leon Wallace (Vivian), Daniel Wallace, Charlie Brown, JImmy McKinize, Sylvester Collins; 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.
