Mae Ann Harris

Mae Ann Harris was born to the late Charlie and Pinky Harris on December 8, 1955. She departed this earthly life at home with her family by her side on Saturday, February 22nd, 2025.

She received Christ at an early age under the leadership of, Rev Hawkins. Though she no longer attended church service, she still believed in Jesus as her Lord and Savior.

Mae received her high school diploma from Coahoma County High School graduating in 1974. She spent most of her years in upholstery. She loved making clothes and being a seamstress. She loved spending time with family and hanging out with her children and grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday March 7, 2025 from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM.  The Celebration of Life will be at Zion Traveler M.B. Church, 1740 Farrell Rd., Farrell, MS 38614.  Burial will follow at Zion Traveler Cemetery.

Mae leaves to cherish her memories 2 sons, David Harris (Farrell, MS), and Timothy Harris (Clarksdale MS) one daughter Margaret Harris (Farrell, MS) 2 sisters Jennie Mae (Al) White (Malden, MO) Vergie Bournie (St. Louis, MO) 15 grandchildren Leonard Harris (Clarksdale, MS), Lenor Sims (Clarksdale, MS) Juanita (Danashia) Hale (Marks, MS) Gernisha Harris (Clarksdale, MS) David Harris Jr., Jeremiah Harris, Kemoree Harris, Briylan Harris, Isaiah Harris, (all of Texas) Ameria Archer (Decatur, IL) Timothy Harris Jr. (Clarksdale ,MS) Aubryanna Mae Harris (Clarksdale ,MS) Shakeria Harris, Sharmaine Harris, Samarion Harris (All of Farrell, MS) special nieces Consuella Clark (Farrell ,MS) Tiffany Jones (Nashville, TN) bonus children Terry Glasper (Clarksdale, MS) Mary (Eric)Glasper (Memphis, TN) Sharwick Glasper (Clarksdale, MS) Terry Lawrence (Louisville, KY) Mitchell (Aileen) Poole (Louisville, KY) 1 God Daughter Qunesha (Howard) Matthews (Farrell, MS).

She was preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Pinky Harris, her soulmate Terry Lawrence, daughter Summer Harris, 6 sisters MaeLizor Wilkins, Bertha Williams, Easter Jones, Jessie B Reid, Cora Jones, and Mattie Campbell. 5 brothers Realus Harris, J. C. Harris, J. T. Harris, L. C. Harris, and James Harris. 1 Niece Willie Mae Jones and sister-in-law Dorothy Palmer.
