Mary Ann Pittman, 57, of Snellville, GA passed away Monday July 6, 2020 at home. Mary was born May 8, 1963 in Cleveland, MS and was raised in Mound Bayou, MS.
Mary was employed as a School Administrator for the Gwinnett County Public Schools in Lawrenceville, GA and a member of Berean Christian Church, Snellville, GA under the leadership of Dr. Kevin Lee.
Visitation will be Friday, July 10, 2020 from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM at Sunshine M.B. Church, 1040 West Second, Clarksdale, MS 38614. A private memorial will be held for family only Saturday, July 11, 2020, 1:00 PM, at Sunshine M.B. Church. Rev. Jonathan Williams, pastor. Dr. Apostle Lloyd Benson, Sr. of Cathedral Worship Center, Baton Rouge, LA will be officiating. Burial will commence at Mound Bayou Memorial Gardens, Mound Bayou, MS.
Mary was preceded in death by her father Artis Ferguson Sr. and brother Samuel Benson, sister Jacqueline Ellis.
