Maxine Taylor

Maxine Taylor was born on December 16, 1962 to the late Aaron and Lillie B. Taylor in Blytheville, Arkansas.  She accepted Christ at Anointed International Apostolic Christian Church under the leadership of Elder Elmore Taylor.

Maxine attended school in Coahoma County.  Maxine was employed at Diversey Health Center in Batesville, MS for ten years as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Visitation will be be Friday, April 27, 2018 from 1pm-5pm at the funeral home.  The celebration of life will be Saturday, April 28, 2018, 11:00 AM, at Union Grove M.B. Church with the Rev. Joe Ringo, pastor of New Faith Church, officiating.  Burial will follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her father, Aaron Taylor, mother, Lillie B. Taylor, and sister, Lillie Ruth Taylor.

She leaves to cherish her memories one son, Darrell Taylor (Gelonnie); three daughters, Rhonda Taylor, Maxine L. Taylor, Rachel Taylor; four brothers, Aaron Taylor Jr. of Ohio, Bishop Samuel Taylor of Clarksdale, MS, Elder Elmore Taylor of Robinsonville, MS, Terry Taylor of Chicago, IL; one sister, Sherly Taylor Joiner of Clarksdale, MS, ten grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
