O.C. Ross

O.C. Ross, 75, of Clarksdale, MS passed away Tuesday August 4, 2020 at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS.  O.C. was born May 13, 1945 to Robert and Velma Williams Ross.  

O.C. was a lifelong resident of Clarksdale, MS and was a member of St. James Church of God in Christ.  O.C. worked as a mechanic during his working career.

Visitation will be held Saturday August 8, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Royal Funeral Home.  The Graveside Memorial will be Sunday, August 9, 2020, 1:30 PM at Heavenly Rest Cemetery, Hwy 61 South.  Elder Willie Bays, Jr. will be officiating. 

O.C. was preceded in death by his daughter Janease Lynch.

O.C. leaves to cherish his memories four daughters Letha Ross, Curley Robinson, Shirley Ross, and Diana Ross; one son, Oscar Ross, Jr.; two sisters Curlie Ross, Florida Washington; one brother Issom Gates; nineteen grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
