Paul Dennis Stuckey, Sr. was born March 23, 1958 along side a twin sister Paul Denise in Clarksdale, MS to the union of JC and Ruthie Lee Stuckey. During his adult life he worked many farming and industrial jobs. He confessed his life to Christ at an early age. He was a member of St. Mark Church under the leadership of Pastor Josh Stokes. Paul loved his family and friends. He was the life of any gathering with his smile and southern charm. He lived a life full of joy and happiness.
Paul departed this earthly life on Wednesday April 8, 2020 at Methodist Central Hospital in Memphis, TN with his daughter Corjuana by his side. He was preceded in death by his parents, JC & Ruthie Lee Stuckey; two sons, Paul Stuckey Jr. and JC Miller-Stuckey, two sisters, Pearlie Brown and Laura Hampton, seven brothers; Jessie Stuckey, Albert Stuckey, J.C. Stuckey Jr., C.J Stuckey, Thomas Stuckey, Jessie James Stuckey and Willie James Stuckey.
Visitation will be Friday April 17,2020 from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Royal Funeral Home. Only ten people at a time will be allowed to view and we encourage all to practice social distancing and adhere to the COVID-19 safety guidelines. A graveside memorial will take place Saturday April 20, 2020, 12.00 Noon at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Shirley Miller Of Clarksdale, MS., 1 daughter, Corjuana Hinkle- Johnson (Keith) of Southaven MS., 4 stepdaughters; Linda Miller, Carolyn Horton-Harris, Stacy Horton and Tammy Horton, all of Clarksdale, MS, two grandsons; Davahantell Hill of Chicago Illinois and Tyvonte Fox of Robinsonville, MS, 1 granddaughter; Jade Melton of Little Rock AR., 5 sisters; Ruthie (Ennis) Hackett, Ethel (Marvin) Stuckey, Paula (Terry) Davis, Bertha Jackson, all of Clarksdale, MS, Patricia (Robert) Whitfield of Jacksonville, AR, 2 brothers; MC (Della) Stuckey of Clarksdale, MS, and Charles (Emma) Stuckey of Kansas City, MO, and a host of nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
