Paulette Williams was born on April 6, 1943 in Clarksdale, MS to the union of the late Eddie and Pauline Williams. At an early age Paulette confessed a hope in Christ and was baptized. She was a faithful member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, in which she served for many years. She was also a member of the choir. Paulette departed this life on Friday, August 5, 2016 at Merit Health formally known as Northwest Regional Medical Center at the age of 73. She left us with plenty of precious memories. Paulette graduated as a Valedictorian from Immaculate Conception Catholic School and went on to pursue a higher education. She attended Chicago, Hampton Institute, Tuskegee and Delta State University. Paulette worked at the Northwest Regional Medical Center over 20 years. She started in 1980. She was loved by everyone. Her personality was so warming and loving. There will be a memorial service Thursday August 11, 11am, at Immaculate Conception. Father Scott will be presiding. Paulette leaves to cherish her memory, one son-in-law and daughter, Tony and Kelli Evans, 2 grandchildren, Carnell "Trey" West, Kellee Ashlee West Arrington, 6 great-grandchildren, of Nashville, TN, cousins Harold and Carolyn Glover of Memphis, Mary Kay Ausbon of Springfield, Ill, and family from Chicago and Detroit. She was preceded in death by her mother and father: Eddie and Pauline Williams, brother Freddie Williams, three aunts, Mary, Magnolia "Green" Ausbon and one uncle William Ausbon .
