Pinkie Cox Young

Pinkie Cox Young, 54, of Farrell, MS died Tuesday October 1, 2019 at Merit Health of Clarksdale, MS.  Pinkie was born November 29, 1964 to Edward Cox, Sr. and Mozella Larry in Stovall, MS.  

Pinkie was a lifelong resident of Farrell, MS.  During her working career, she was a caregiver.  Pinkie attended the Mt. Pisgah M.B. Church in Stovall, MS.  

Visitation will be Saturday October 5, 2019 from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Royal Funeral Home.  The Celebration of Life will be Sunday October 6, 2019 at the Mt. Pisgah M.B. Church in Stovall, MS.  The burial location is in currently in progress and will be updated when finalized.  Rev. James Bennett will be officiating.  

Pinkie was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Young, Jr.; 1 son, Javette Clark; 2 brothers, Joseph Cox, Edward Cox, Jr.

Pinkie leaves to cherish her memories 2 children, Marcus Young, Robert Young, Jr.; 10 siblings, Terry Cox, Richard Cox (Trina), Laura Cox, James Cox Sr. (Elizabeth), Magnolia Shavers, Mae Willie Brown (Jimmy), Walter Cox, Ruth Ann Cox, William Larry Sr. (Bertha), Doretha Banks; 2 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
