Tarzan Reddix

Mr. Tarzan Reddix, 81, of Clarksdale, Mississippi transitioned to Heaven on Wednesday, May 30th at St. Joseph’s/Candler Medical Group – Abercorn Southside in Savannah, Georgia.  Mr. Reddix was born on December 20, 1936 in Gunnison, Mississippi to Mr. Willie Reddick and Ms. Mary Brewer.  Tarzan Reddix married the love of his life, Ms. Arma Arnell Barnes, on June 28th, 1959 at the age of 22, and they shared close to 59 memorable years together while raising their children and enjoying time with friends and family. Mrs. Reddix survives of the home.  Other immediate survivors include five sons and five daughters.  Preceding Mr. Reddix in death is one son.
 
A visitation will be held on Friday, June 8th from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Royal Funeral Home, 507 Ashton Avenue, in Clarksdale, MS.  The Home-going Service for Mr. Tarzan Reddix will be held on Saturday, June 9th, 2018, 2:00 p.m. at New Covenant Baptist Church, 803 MLK Blvd, in Clarksdale, MS.  Burial will follow at McLaurin Gardens, Highway 61 North.
