Terry Kent Glasper

Terry Kent Glasper was born September 11, 1954 in Mound Bayou, MS to the late King Glasper, Sr.  and Queen Hubbard Glasper.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents, a brother King Glasper, Sr. and two sisters Blanche Porter and Christine Jackson.

Terry attended Aggie Agricultural High School.

Terry worked for the Holiday Inn and the City of Clarksdale for many years. He was also a great plumber.

Terry was baptized at an early age under the leadership of Pastor E.T. Smith at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church where he was still a member until his passing.

Visitation will be Saturday June 26, 2021 from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Royal Funeral Home.  The Celebration of Life will be Sunday June 27, 2021, 2:00 PM at Union Grove M.B. Church.  Rev. Matthew Owten will be officiating.  Rev. L.C. Tyler II, pastor.  Burial will follow at McLaurin Memorial Gardens.

Terry leaves to cherish his loving memories, his wife Margaret Glasper, son Terry Glasper, daughter Tawanda Glasper, one brother, Joseph Glasper, Sr., 5 sisters, Mary (Roosevelt) Harper, Deloris Grice, Gloria Glasper, Sheila (Matthew) Owten and Almeta Wilkins, 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
