Vanessa Taylor, 52, passed away Saturday May 3, 2025 at Baptist Memorial Desoto Hospital in Southaven, MS. She was born February 10, 1973 to Fred Thomas, Jr. and Minnie Pearl Taylor in Lyon, MS.

Visitation will be Friday May 16, 2025 at Royal Funeral Home from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The Celebration of Life will be Saturday May 17, 2025, 12:00 PM at St. Mark Church of God in Christ, 403 Jerome St., Mound Bayou, MS 38762. Burial will follow at Oakridge Cemetery, 1311 Oakhurst Ave., Clarksdale, MS 38614.
