Walter James Duncan, Jr.

Walter James Duncan, Jr., 28, of Clarksdale, MS passed away Tuesday June 9, 2020 at St. Francis Hospital Park in Memphis, TN.  Walter was born October 27, 1991 in Clarksdale, MS to Walter James Duncan Sr. and Bonnie Faye Harris.

Walter was known for his kind spirit and a smile that could light up a room whether you saw him in a local venue, his place of work, or just in a random greeting.  Walter was a graduate of Clarksdale High School Class of 2010 and a member of The City of Truth under the pastoral leadership of Bishop Zedrick Clayton.

Visitation will be Friday June 19, 2020 from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Royal Funeral Home.  A Memorial Graveside will be held Saturday June 20, 2020, 12:30 PM at Heavenly Rest Cemetery, Hwy 61 S, Lyon, MS.  

Walter leaves to cherish his memories his mother Bonnie Faye Harris, father, Walter James Duncan, Sr.; step-mother Patricia Archer; one brother Darreon Duncan; four sisters JaDylan Duncan, Brittany Pace, Marquita McDaniel, Amber Pace; a special aunt Shirleon Jones; other aunts, uncles, and a host of other relatives and friends.
